Trampoline,Toddler,kids and more

If you are buying a trampoline for your toddler, a mini trampoline, or a Toddler Trampoline, you should think about how they will use it, and the fact that you will not always be around to keep an eye over them. Kids love trampolines and in many cases they enjoy using it so much that they let themselves go a little and lose control, this is why you will need to think about getting a safety net, or a trampoline enclosure for your kids not to fly out of the toddler trampoline. There are plenty of places that have the right setup for you.

Tips For a Toddler Trampoline

Tip 1 – Make sure the toddler trampoline you buy is fit for the purpose.

It is essential that any trampoline for children’s use fit the size of the kids. In other words, a toddler might get lost on a 14ft trampoline, while a larger more athletic child might find a toddler trampoline too restrictive or might be too heavy for some trampolines for children.

Tip 2 – Ensure you have sufficient space for the toddler trampoline you are thinking of purchasing.

Garden or children’s playground equipment should have adequate room for placement and that includes an area around the toddler trampoline that should be clear of any obstructions such as trees, bushes, chairs or other objects. There should be adequate overhead clearance for a children’s trampoline. Therefore, some toddler trampoline for kids may not fit within smaller garden or backyard areas. Take a good look at the space available before choosing any trampoline, as you want this to be safe as well as fun for your children.

Tip 3 – If you’re buying for younger children think about gripping handles.

Trampolines for smaller children (toddler) can include a handle or grip to which the younger child may hold on to and feel more secure or a trampoline enclosure (usually made of netting of some kind) are used to keep the child on the toddler trampoline jumping surface and reduce the risk the more energetic child might bounce right off.

A Great idea, a Toddler Trampoline

Is your child a bouncing bundle of energy that never seems to run down? What would you think of using a childs trampoline to wear off some of his energy? So you think he’s too young. I’m not talking about a big trampoline like older kids have. I’m talking about a small one that’s made just for toddlers and designed just the way it should be to give your little one a safe, active workout any time or anywhere!

The Galt Nursery Toddler Trampoline was designed for children aged 3 and up until they reach 77 pounds. It is recommended that the child have adult supervision at all times. The nursery trampoline, which is designed for both indoor and outdoor use, has a solid tubular steel frame for strength, and the finish coat is durable and will hold up under a lot of adverse weather.

You’re sure to find the Galt Nursery Toddler Trampoline to be one of the most used toys your child owns. It’s usable year-round and is sturdy enough to last through several children. The only problem will be when he outgrows it.

New ways to teach an active toddler?

I need new ways to teach my son because books/workbooks/online games don’t keep his attention at all. He will sit still for five minutes, if I’m lucky. He isn’t interested in magnet letters, either. If I try to take him outside he only wants to play with the cat, jump on his trampoline or sit on the lawnmower. I feel like he’s not learning enough because he can’t focus and I get upset. Admittedly, I’ve lost my temper when trying to get him to focus (I’ve yelled and smacked the table. I felt so bad afterward and I felt like an idiot but I just get so aggravated, and I apologized, of course.. I just want to prepare him for school.) He turned four three weeks ago. I’ll list what he can do now.. please tell me if he is okay where he is and where I need to help him more..
He knows:
All primary colors and some others
The alphabet. He recognizes all upper and 95% of the lower (he confuses a and h, b and d, p and q and for some reason, has a hard time with r)
He has written the whole alphabet through but can’t do it from memory.
He recognizes all numbers, counts to 20 alone and is learning from there.. picking up pretty well.
He recognizes his first name.
He can say his address and phone number.
He knows his left from right.
He knows all major body parts (inc. heels, ankles, knuckles, etc.)
He can identify most animals, foods.
He knows all his shapes including trapezoid, pentagon and hexagon.

I can’t really think of anything else. I just want to know if he is where he should be. We aren’t even in the beginning stages of reading (though he has, for some reason, picked up ‘it’ lol) and he isn’t interested in coloring or writing at all, so I need other ways to help him learn what he needs to know before school.

Also, I’m not sure if it matters, but he has slept alone for two years, was potty trained at 28 months and can hold a conversation with adults on the phone but in person it’s hard to get his attention at all and get an answer out of him. Thank you for any advice!

What does this dream mean?

I have a crush on one of my neigbors. He was walking down the street and he was walking to my neighbors house and i mumbled that he needed a haircut. Then he smiled at me and jumped their fence. Then he went and asked if their 2 little toddlers could play outside and jump on their trampoline with him. Then i walked over to my best friend’s house (she is a direct neighbor). We said what a weirdo and we walked over to my yard and sat outside. Then he jumped the fence and came over and my best friend dissapeared and me and him started talking and he asked me out. Then we went into my room and i turned on my little pink lamp and we layed in the floor and we just talked about funny stuff and i giggled really bad. What does this mean?

Mommies of toddlers, what do your…?

Mommies of toddlers (5 or under) what do your children say that just crack you up. I would love a laugh.

My triplets are 3 (all girls) and none of the girls can say their "R"s
(we just got a trampoline and put it in the backyard)
I said; "girls listen. we cannot go outside today and jump because, it is raining right now and you will slip and fall on your bums (butts)"
my daughter Leah says;
"did you heaw mommy, she says gools we can’t jump on da trampowine becuz, It is waining and we will swip and faw on our bums"
I chuckled but than the 3 girls all go "wight" (right) really loud and I just cracked up. :) haha.

Also the other day we were coloring with chalk and the girls were being nice until Olivia decided to try a bite so she licked it and I said "Olivia chalk is not food we do not put it in our mouths" I saw my other daughter Leah take a lick and say "ew wivy (Livi) dats gwoss" haha. :) she was disgusted. :) cuties.

what do your kids say that is so cute or gross???

What are some suggestions for a 2 year olds birthday and Christmas?

Hi my son (currently 18 months) has a birthday and Christmas 3 days apart. I’m looking for some good things to give him. So far, I’ve bought a couple of the Thomas the Train Early Engineers pieces and a ride-on 4-wheeler. I was looking for more suggestions as other family members are asking what to get and I’m still looking. I was wondering about a toddler trampoline – are they worth the money? Any specific ideas would be SO appreciated. He is a typical boy – loves being outside, cars, trucks, sand, ride-on toys, and his bubble blowing lawn mower. Thanks so much!
